Return Policy: GRIPS MUST BE UNALTERED FOR AN EXCHANGE OR FOR A REFUND TO BE CONSIDERED. Used merchandise or used items are Sold AS IS no return or refund on these items. For New Merchandise or New Items. We make every effort to accurately describe our items, good and bad, but if your purchase is not as expected, and you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase, complete and in the same condition as you received it within 14 U.S. POSTAL DELIVERY DAY’S (International 17 day’s) FROM DATE ON THANK YOU LETTER OR INVOICE THAT IS SENT OUT WITH THE ITEM OR ITEMS. New Merchandise or New Items, MUST BE UNALTERED FOR AN EXCHANGE OR FOR A REFUND TO BE CONSIDERED. FOR REFUNDS ONLY, THE ORIGINAL PRICE LESS ANY POSTAGE, INSURANCE AND A $4.50 PROCESSING FEE. IF THE MANUFACTURER DETERMINES THE GRIPS, MERCHANDICE OR ITEMS HAVE BEEN ALTERED IN ANY WAY, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ISSUED. THE GRIPS, MERRCHANDISE OR ITEMS WILL THEN BE RETURNED TO THE BUYER AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE POLICIES. We will not get involved in any lengthy e-mail threats, Phone and Text disputes, etc, as a part of this policy.
